Sometimes it takes a while to get help when you're newer so it can be very stressful but we are working on that

Flexible schedule for the most part, enjoyed working from home most of the time, good benefits, and lots of tools to do my job.

Constantly changing pay scale and job duties. The last year I worked there, the bonus structure changed so that it was dependent more on my "team" so even if I was doing a great job and hitting goals, I didn't get great bonuses if we ALL weren't doing this. Even with a pay raise, I made significantly less my last year there than in previous years. Constantly changing managers with different expectations and rules. Rules didn't apply across the board

24/7 Business requires lots of attention. Sr Leadership does not work issues from the boots on the ground. Too many top-down calls.

New CEO came in and eliminated a large amount of the team in multiple rounds of layoffs. Wasn’t based on performance and not always logic based.

The people are wonderful and VERY supportive. Great environment and management.

Benefits are becoming a bit expensive, and the company is always changing things, which can be tough to keep up with.
