What are perks and other benefits like at Veolia?

Good pay with experience, benefits and overtime plus commission

Big bureaucracy, lots of greasy pole climbers. New culture of managers know nothing about the job itself.

Most coworkers a hard working and incredible support systems, benefits are better than most, and movement is available to new locations

Operations manager is lost and disorganized, little help from the very top, and roles/wages are stagnant with little to no movement up

The benefits are strong plenty of overtime

Some days can be long or overnight

Veolia have some decent benefits such as a free gym and and subsidised canteen , plus eye care vouchers amongst other benefits. The good thing about Veolia is that your working time is set and the hours are just normal office hours. Working within the customer experience team has been an amazing journey so far and is relatively stress free if you know how to look after customers. The management here are really quite supportive. If promotion and career advancement is your thing then there are plenty of opportunities to grow as an individual.

There aren't that many cons in all fairness, but if I had to chose something then i would say that communication between departments could be better.
