No career development, poor management, lack of learning opportunity, poor salary and benefit package.

The company is really supportive with career ambitions and there are a lot of opportunities.

Sometimes things move a bit slow as there are a lot of processes before things can be put through.

The culture is great, monthly staff appreciation events, frequent recognition from senior management, open and collaborative way of working. Big push towards driving inclusion and celebration of whole workforce. Lots of opportunities for attending conferences, events, training and personal development particularly within comms roles. Really clear values and purpose.

Nature of a large organisation means my experience might not be true for others working in different roles and different areas.

Great company, great business, plenty of opportunities for growth, and recognition is highly favorable within this company.

Some colleagues are supportive and friendly. Certain teams work well together despite management issues. The roles provide basic experience for the sector. Access to certain benefits.

No safeguarding in place, abusive behaviours are often ignored until formally reported. Upper management overlooks serious issues instead of being proactive. Managers are hired without proper checks into job history or performance. Hiring process is not impartial, decisions are made solely by managers. There is no independent recruitment team. No developmental or career opportunities unless you are in a back pocket. Personal and medical information shared across teams without consent, consistent GDPR breaches and submissions of such to the ICO. Lack of accountability or genuine apologies when breaches or mistreatment occurs. Dismissive and demeaning treatment of bottom level staff. Toxic culture is promoted and enabled, rather than resolved.

It is a great place to start anyone's career and there are a lot of opportunities for someone who can commit to this company. I had a lot of support and help from the company to understand everything when I started, and my colleagues and manager always noticed my work and appreciated it.

Honestly there isn't much I can think of and I never had any issues with my job.
