How are career development opportunities at Veritiv?

Great company to work for. Very employee oriented and always looks for employee growth opportunities from within.

Longevity, but can't move up. Same-level employees are great. Competitive hourly wages.

Greater recognition from management would make a meaningful difference in employee morale. Other divisions visibly celebrate and reward their teams during events like Holidays and Warehouse Week, while some groups often feel overlooked, which can impact engagement and motivation.

Leadership and growth opportunity! Pay is great and the support was always there when needed.

No room to advance career if not at HQ (Atlanta). The higher you are on the pay scale, the less your merit increases are. Bi-weekly checks instead of twice a month.

Depending on the department and the manager, there are opportunities to grow with the company.

If you got into the wrong department, no opportunity to grow or learn with the company.
