What are perks and other benefits like at Vertical Screen?

Nice atmosphere, great people all around

Not many that I can think of, the pay is solid and the benefits are good

Flexibility, casual dress, interesting work, benefits and insurance are decent

Poor compensation, majority of the department is able to work from home but all new hires cannot, no overtime, no opportunities for growth within the department, little to no opportunity to network.

Benefits are solid and affordable.

Management treats you more like a machine than a human being.

Benefits were good. Working from home was nice. Working as many hours as you wanted.

Managers micromanaging, disorganized work setting, just beyond toxic environment for me.

If you're a single person the benefits are nice. Their health insurance will not cover your family members.

The pay simply is not enough. As a manager here I could have made close to the same amount of money starting at McDonalds. Though laughable that statement is true. They promote mostly from within, so mid and upper level management are primarily comprised of people that are not college educated.
