You won’t find out commission structure until 8 weeks of training. Hard work here is suppressed by bad leads and a commission structure that is truly unfair. All of this is acknowledged by management but no changes made and you are treated differently if you communicate your frustration.

They will fire you after a single policy infraction. Very strict 8-5 office requirement. Toxic culture and management are psychopaths and only care about controlling employees at all cost necessary.

This is a remote position. The Money is good. First-year earnings can be well over 100k. Benefits were 100% paid for.

Micro-managed. They listen to every call. You need to close 70% of your incomming calls, calls that come in that ask to be transfered to a another person count against you. This is a numbers only position, they don't care how good you were. I was in the top 10 in sales for the company for 7 months but I took a lot of calls and mostly transfers. They didn't care even after I tracked every call. They terminated me with out one care. You need to know how to play their game early. Hours sucked.

Great product to sell, stick with it and you will make mid$100k easily, only 40 hour work week - stay the course, take care of your customers and it gets easier. I went from 100% of bookings from the inbound queue which is brutal to 40% inbound, 30% repeat and 30% referrals - that is how the job gets super easy

Mgmt is myopic, they only care about numbers, my supervisor told me so. I am a Tier 1 rep but the road to that was rocky with constant reminders that mgmt is looking at your numbers and that is all they care about. High turnover, getting PTO approved is near impossible - but if you hang in it gets easier
