      Pros

Good benefits now that nrg owns them, good commission opportunities, can make even more with refferalls

      Cons

Work every Saturday. Culture is centered around sales and signing up new customers at whatever cost. You could he am excellent technician with great customer service and get placed on a performance improvement plan or constantly be badgered for not signing up new customers. Daily meetings feel the same, always talking about refferals. App has issues and so does equipment but we are the ones punished for go backs.

      Pros

Pay can be really good if you master the process and never take any time off. Fun perks like Jazz suite, cool prizes, and good benefits like 401k match. Onsite cafeteria, the food is delicious.

      Cons

Little to no work/life balance. Worked weekends for over a year. No holidays off. Promotions are based on pure favoritism, unfortunately not based on performance. Several misleading and dishonest marketing practices are in place at NIS, and ultimately if you don’t embrace that senior leadership will drop you regardless of you being a top performer that customers and colleagues alike love working with.

Lots of really great people, great benefits, fairly nice office. Products are cool and the sales teams are doing really well right now which is exciting.

      Cons

Going through significant change right now, especially marketing and product. Feels a little unstable and like leadership is keeping a lot of secrets about direction of the company.
