I was able to raise my family well during my 32 year career with Lucky/ Albertsons/Vons. With reasonable wages, great benefits and an overall wonderful experience in developing relationships with both guests and teammates, I must say that I appreciate each and every year that I spent in the grocery business.

It takes a bit more time for advancement(wages, promotion and earning benefits) than it did back when I started. I would have liked it if wage increases were based more on performance than simply receiving incremental raises.

Customers can be impatient. It requires a certain level of emotional intelligence to do the job correctly and provide great service.

Worked during covid they gave me alot of hours, They also had pretty good benefits

They hire some pretty questionable people.
