If you enroll in a program at Walden you get a great tuition reimbursement. The office in Minneapolis is in a great location and has a gym and connects to the skyway. Most employees are give opportunities to work in the office or at home which is nice.
Cons
The pay is incredibly low with little bonuses and it is often a toxic work environment where you are encouraged to work more hours even though nothing is truly urgent.

The pay is neither competitive nor in alignment with what a professional should make in my field. In the first term, they take an additional 20% of an employee's pay for no apparent reason.
Pay and benefits were good enough though not great
Cons
Treated like an idiot, doing useless work for a university that scams students

I guess there is the possibility of consistent work, which is good.
Cons
The pay is atrocious. So much micromanaging. A ton of work required, and it ends up paying less than minimum wage when you take the pay into account. I ended up quitting because it wasn't worth it, and they don't care because you are easily replaced.
