Many doctors are starting to leave or contemplating leaving

Benefits and pay aren't very good

Not many pros to mention honestly, some of the nursing staff are great but that’s about all

Pay sucks, benefits are so so, the just want a warm body they don’t care it your sick or not they would rather you wear a mask and be there than be home and getting rest to give 100%
