Does Winn-Dixie offer employee discounts?

Pros

Employee discount on groceries (5%) Health/dental/vision insurance

Cons

No breaks/lunches Poor management Never got raises at the same time every year, it was whenever they chose to give them

Advice to Management

The liquor store team is a part of your store too. Just because we're in a separate building it doesn't mean our concerns don't matter. I tried several times coming to my other management for help with problem associates and I always got a shoulder shrug because they didn't have to deal with it personally. They only time any attention was given to the store was when the main store manager would come over once in a blue moon and wouldn't leave until he found one thing wrong so he could yell at me for it. Bottom line, you should actually listen to your associates. Especially in the liquor store 9 out of 10 times they're the ones carrying you through on your budgets.
