What is the hiring process like at Xoriant?

Great collegaues : The work environment is filled with supportive and talendted people. Fast recruitment process : The hiring process is efficient and straightforward,making the transition smooth for new employees. Competitive salary package : The compensation is attarctive, with everthing included as a fixed component-no variable pay- ensuring financial stability.

No transport facility : The company does not provide transportation services , which might be a challenge for those who comute from distant areas.

Used to be ok company.

I joined Xoriant under the impression that it was one of the best places to work. However, my experience has been quite the opposite, and it has unfortunately become one of the worst places to work. Despite the management's claims of professionalism, I have found a significant lack of it within the organization, including within the HR department. The promises made during the hiring process were not honored, and after joining, I felt a notable lack of respect. Additionally, Xoriant failed to pay the notice period balance after releasing me early, even though I was a billable resource. This experience has been profoundly disappointing and does not align with the company's purported values.

Good environment to work. Good support during hiring process.

Had a great experience with onboarding process with Xoriant, Xoriant provies great career opportunities, work life balance and good ethics which aligns with my goals.

I wouldn't say that I have seen any such cons as such.

Good interview process . Hr was supportive during the interview process.

Bad management. When working with client they didn't care about their employees point of views.

The team is incredibly welcoming and supportive, which made settling in much easier. The onboarding process was smooth and well-organized, providing a great start. The culture is collaborative and inclusive, and leadership genuinely values employees, which creates a positive work environment.

It’s still early in my journey here, so I haven’t encountered any significant challenges yet.

1. As a woman employee, I highly appreciate the Hybrid work model, It gives me an opportunity to give my 100% to work and manage work life balance without being judged for gender. 2. Not only my immediate manager but my skip manager including the leadership are reachable. This might vary from teams to teams but in my team there is open-door culture. 3. Rewards and Recognitions are organized meticulously. 4. Health Insurance Policies, Maternity Policies are good and really works for employees. 5. Employee friendly work environment.

1. Salary hikes are modest. 2. Internal mobility is a constraint if you are tagged in a client project. 3. If you are on a bench or a client withdraws then job stability can be uncertain. 4. HR operations are a bit time consuming from hiring, referral to issue resolution.

This company was good until 2022, After acquisition it became very bad. They don’t have projects and no new projects are coming in. Many people are on the bench, but they are still hiring and firing peoples No any sources for self learning or any internal trainings

It was smooth on company onboarding process and laptop allocation and access card and induction program.

I don't see difficulties in on boarding process.
