Not many physical offices, specifically in Miami.

Only con....Too many websites. Everything should be in one place. Hard to remember what website to go to for different business needs.

Schedule and long hours during the week

The people and managers are exceptional. They are readily available and there is no judgement. We enjoy each other like family. Our offices are on a web site, and we feel a strong sense of community as we sit with each other daily and help our agents become the very best they can be.

They offer so much in the way of benefits for the employees and our agents that sometimes it can be a challenge to maneuver where to go to get the information we need. They are constantly improving this experience and have added an AI feature, LUNA, that is super helpful.
