One of the young founders interviewed me and the whole process was very sloppy. She kept changing the interview time while I was waiting for her to join our Zoom meeting. During the interview, she claimed she had read over my resume and asked me multiple questions about my experience that clearly wasn't relevant to me. It was as if she was looking at a completely different resume. The interview ended on a positive note, with her saying she would reach out at the end of the week whether there would be an additional interview or not and I never heard from anyone at the company again.
