Good, all I can say but Annoying to be very honest. Preparation is must before it. Typing test, screening, wasting my time all I can say craziness of bot isn’t it??

The interview process was pretty good and well organized. The first round was an essay writing test that evaluated communication and writing skills. The second round was an assessment based on English proficiency. Finally, there was an HR interview where questions were asked about my background.

Well they give preference to the ones who came through refferal then the ones who came for walkin interviews... They don't try to solve the problem but ask us to adjust Had to wait all day as they don't manage the process properly .. they ask us to wait for a few minutes and then forget us completely and focus on something else ..
