Didn't get much of a process... I submitted a Loom video answering all of the CEO's questions, to which he scheduled a 45 minute zoom call
After going into my background, he legit HUNG up on me and simply said " yeah you're not a good fit" without me being able to even ask any questions. I'll say it again - the CEO hung up on me MID interview. What a horrible act of professionalism coming from the CEO himself. I would stay far away from this company.

Question 1
The ceo didn't ask me anything - he said I was not a good fit and disconnected the zoom call without giving any explanation whatsoever.
The Interview process started with a kick off call- Two Assessment & Techincal interview.
I would like to add that Efficiently is in no way an equal employer as they straight up ask you your graduation year to try to pin down your age. They are only looking for glorified drafters and not architects who design. They want a complete know it all- so they can get a better rate for you.
I passed both assessments and they asked me to customise a special portfolio with only details and technical drawings done by me. I did so- but they still wanted more and more drafting work. It was an odd request- but at one point it felt like you really need to be a revit and autocad monkey to work here. The work hours are also quite crazy. I feel they are a little delusional as employers to ask of candidates to go through so much for not even knowing what they are offering as compensation.
The technical interview was a literal joke with the interviewer having zero knowledge of US standards. I have worked in the US for 5 years and yet she just kept asking for Indian standards of quantitative work with zero quality. I would recommend not wasting your time here if you are looking for a design based role. They are not sure of what they are doing- and did not even have the courtesy to send an email notifying of their decision or status of hiring. Very poor work ethic and felt highly toxic.
