A complete waste of time that provided no helpful feedback or clarity. 0x reached out to me twice directly to interview for this opportunity, I didn't apply. My interview process in total took just under 1 month and consisted of five individual interviews, one interview with the co-founders, one presentation to a panel of five people, and an assignment that took six hours to research and complete. It's fine that I wasn't offered the position, *most* companies we interview with go on to make offers to other candidates, that's the name of the game. That's routine. But to spend hours and hours interviewing, preparing, researching in the middle of the workweek when you already have a 40hr a week job and NOT receive any real feedback with your rejection leaves a sour taste in your mouth. I asked 0x directly for "any constructive or actionable feedback I can use going forward" and received basically nothing (HR even acknowledged this in their response). Crypto companies often don't know what they are truly looking for when they're hiring and the disorganization showed. I'm not saying they're bad people, I'm just saying be mindful of your time.
