it took less than 30 minutes from the time of the hiring event until i left with a job. they happen to be doing on the spot hiring that day as well

It was really informal. I was over dressed and anyone would have done well in jeans and a t-shirt. Company is desperate to hire people because it's a revolving door. Interview process was really easy. There was no drug test or background check at the time when I was hired.
