Once the recruiter reached out the steps were quite clear. Recruiter responses were prompt so I always felt informed. This was a very big highlight for me on the recruiting side.
After a brief initial call, there was a more in depth HR interview mixed with my experience.
Then I was invited for an onsite for in-depth technical presentations. I appreciated that I was given the opportunity to show how deep and well-versed I could go into AI & drug discovery topic(s) when given clear guidelines, mimicking a real-world work environment.

The Talent Acquisition team has repeatedly made misleading statements and unfulfilled promises, demonstrating unprofessional behavior. Made me think of used-car salesmen, which raises serious concerns about the company's credibility and reliability. That also reflects the company's culture and the way they treat employees.
