360 Agency interview questions

I applied on LinkedIn and was contacted by HR about 4 months after submitting my application. A few days later I did a phone screening interview and was asked about my previous experience and what I was looking for in terms of next steps in my career. At the end of the phone screening, they told me they wanted me to schedule a time to interview in person. A few weeks later I went into the office and interviewed with 3 employees. After the in person interview, it took about 3 1/2 weeks for them to extend an offer.

A bunch of women running around like chickens with their heads cut off, barely giving me any of their attention after driving 2 hours or so in traffic. Most of these people had zero clue as to what the work was they were looking at in my book, and most couldn't even tell me what the job requirements were. It's clear this was a group of people with little to no advertising or design background and no real clear understanding of the work. Also, they seemed to gallop around the office as if the really enjoy the smell of their own farts without any care in the world or respect for the time of others. Best of all, they gave my recruiter the WRONG parking lot to park in so I lost $50. So thank you, 360 Agency (wait seriously, THATS YOUR NAME???), for losing me $50 and 4 hours of my day. You are literally the worst and after reading these reviews, I'm GLAD I didn't work here.
