360 Vantage interview questions

Was contacted via phone by who seemed to be their secretary - (Saw her in the main lobby greeting people). Was then interviewed by two people, mainly asking me about myself and standard behavioral questions (What would people you know say your greatest weakness is? Who are your top role models?).
