3DGence interview questions

The interview was freeform, without a lot of information available about the specifics of the position, salary or the next steps. Answers to questions were vague and it didn't appear that the firm had clearly thought out what they wanted to do with the position or how to position themselves in the marketplace. However they wanted lots of information on past employers, too much so. It was uncomfortable. Additionally, they continued to troll on the sites, advertising that there were positions yet no one was ever hired. I have seen that positions in engineering posted for over 4 months plus, and many others coming and going yet nothing or no one gets hired there.
