Phone interview came first - me and 2 workers from the company. This was followed by and on-site interview that was several one-on-ones. I'm not really sure what to put here other than be yourself and bring your a-game. I didn't have too many technical questions outside of the general ones. Mostly they seemed interested in my past experiences and how they would bring value to this role.

It was a phone interview with three persons. The managers asked a lot of questions regarding my research. They were interested in learning about my research experiences during my Ph.D. I had to go over each project and explain the details and outcomes.

Phone interview with the technology team and hiring manager. Both tech questions and behavioral questions were asked. An on-site interview followed in about two weeks. The onsite interview includes 30 min presentation and discussion with the team members.
