      R&D Engineer Interview

      Jan 2, 2018
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through other source. I interviewed at 3M in Oct 2017

      Interview

The interview was an on-site interview at a conference. It lasted about 45 minutes . It began by explaining the responsibilities of the position. The hiring manager then went over my resume and asked me about my experiences with a few follow up questions. She then asked me a few typical interview questions such as who is your role model and why, tell me about a time of a good collaboration and a time about a bad collaboration. Ultimately, I never heard back (whether it was a yes or a no) but frankly I was not interested in the position to follow up.
