I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at 3M (Maplewood, MN) in Oct 2012
Interview
Applied online. Contacted via email to set up phone screening/interview. The phone interview lasted about an hour, give or take. It went very well! Flown out to Maplewood for second round interview with another candidate. Consisted of lunch, a tour, and two interviews. Flew back the same day. The two interviews onsite were mainly behavioral. One was with another supply chain analyst and the other was with a supervisor and HR.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at 3M (Minneapolis, MN) in Nov 2020
Interview
1. Preinterview meeting
2. Info Webinar with all applicants
3. Interviewed by two people at once
Pretty streamlined process. Try to connect with O2 recruiters so you can ensure you get a opportunity to interview.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at 3M (Minneapolis, MN) in Oct 2018

The interview process was very straightforward. I met with the manager(s) directly at a career fair, they called me, we did a phone interview, and an offer arrived within the next day or two.
