Interview
We had a quick introduction with the other candidates and discussed things we did in school and previous work experience. We were asked some questions regarding the company and also had an opportunity to talk to the hiring manager in a group/ alone. The hardest part was leaving an impression. You had to show that you were different and best suited for the role amongst other candidates.
Same as a normal job interview, questions asked about work experience and skills. They ask competence based questions about your career experience. Formal process. No trick questions. Friendly interviewer and approachable.

Interview
I applied through third party, the process was fast, I got invited for the interview immediately. During the interview process, the interview asked about my previous emplyment and current employment. The interviewer also very friendly and helpful, they explain in details about the job.
