After I answered this question using the STAR acronym I related back to the competency framework and made it clear that for the third competency I can set and achieve challenging goals and monitor quality. As well as check my own and the team’s performance against outcomes, make improvement suggestions or take corrective action when problems are identified and Remain positive and focused on achieving the outcome despite setbacks.
