I applied in-person. I interviewed at 47Billion (Indore) in Dec 2024
Interview
The entire interview process was exceptionally smooth, well-structured, and fast-paced, demonstrating a highly efficient recruitment workflow.
What stood out most was the comprehensive nature of the evaluation. It thoroughly covered critical pillars of the HR domain, with a sharp focus on end-to-end talent acquisition strategies and core operational frameworks. Rather than relying purely on theoretical knowledge, the conversation was deeply anchored in practical, real-time industry challenges. Discussing situational problem-solving and immediate operational bottlenecks made the interview feel less like an interrogation and more like a collaborative, insightful exchange.
