4Data interview questions

Very brief and positive interview. The atmosphere was very casual and friendly. I was asked direct questions and immediately made aware of the interviewers opinions of my answers. I recieved an immediate offer of work.

Interview process includes a 3hours exam that is what only can be described as pointless, submitting a paper based exam for an IT position only proves that someone has read a book not done the job. Done by the company director who hasn't got the technical knowledge of how to interview people
