Interview
Company started the zoom interview 40 mins late. Turns out the role is for door-to-door sales, not as advertised. Would appreciate if this had been clearly communicated from the beginning. Did not allow for questions at the end of the interview as they had run so late.

Interview
Came here to confirm all of the things in the previous review. Interview is slightly different to what i am use to though no issues with the interview itself. The biggest issue is that the job ad on Indeed claimed a totally different role, Whether that is due to the recruitment agency they used making errors or something other than that, i am unsure. However it is a door to door sales role and the pay is most definitely not what advertised. Seems like most of it comes from successful sales, not that its a bad thing but should be upfront about that from the start. Aside from that, the hours are 12 a day and not 8, essentially all on your feet since you are doing door to door sales. If they are being dishonest at the start i don't believe that is a good experience and makes you think about what may be presented in the near future.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
It was about the initial zoom presentation provided as well as questions about the info mentioned on the website. The strange part is that you are not the only person in the interview and there are others who are essentially fighting to answer first.

Interview
It was a presentation interview, a manager first did a presentation to introduce the company and the roles, and then there is a VI about yourself and other basic questions.
