I recently interviewed for the QC Technician position and had a very positive experience. The process was well-organized, starting with a phone screening followed by an in-person interview. The interviewers were professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout. Questions focused on my background in quality control, attention to detail, and basic technical knowledge, but nothing felt overly difficult or unexpected. I appreciated that they explained the role clearly and gave me insight into the company’s culture and expectations.
