Can you share the process improvements you have led or contributed to in your previous organisation?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at 6Clicks in Mar 2025
Interview
I was initially approached by a recruiter for a role at 6clicks, and the process began on a positive note. I had several interviews with team members, and it was great to engage with the company directly. However, due to time zone differences and location, the process moved quite slowly. After the interviews, communication became inconsistent, and unfortunately, the recruiter went silent without providing any feedback.
Thankfully, I was able to connect with someone from the 6clicks team who offered the follow-up I was hoping for. That said, the disconnect between the recruiter and the company raised questions about the alignment and coordination of the hiring process.
Overall, it was a mixed experience. While I appreciated the opportunity and the conversations with the team, the lack of consistent communication reflected a need for improvement in candidate care. I understand that 6clicks is a growing company, likely managing rapid change and high demands. Hopefully, with time, their hiring process will become more structured and candidate-focused.
