Interview with a recruiter, HR, Market Manager and Regional VP and and offer received. Process took about 30 days in between intervening and background check results. Nothing unsual but very detaile question for sure. Each interview talked about their job and why they like what they do at the company

Basic questions about myself and my work for my previous employers
Easy but long. I started with screening phone call then recruiter video call followed with a person interview with the regional director, then another panel interview with regional and VP of operations, then finally an area walk to make sure what you expect. The entire process took around 2 month.

Interview
The interview process failed to create an environment to explore who I was and what I could offer the 7-11 team. The brand representation of their current state in store results vs. mission/vision speaks volumes that they don't know how to select the right leadership team.

Normal interview questions that anyone can do a Google search onto give the "correct answer" to the question. They did not have enough history nor background ability as interviewers to understand the person they were conversing with.
