747 Consulting Group interview questions

The interview process sounded pretty promising. They stated they would give commissions of 20% on any contracts that was had and that they would give the company to me to run so that they can continue to expand if I performed well. They seemed to answer my questions in a way that sounded promising. They stated that extended hours would be needed which I willing stated yes. However, it was to my surprise that they weren't going to pay for it. 40hr/week was all I got.
