They contacted me about the role and asked if I would like to talk to someone on their team to get more information. I talked to them and submitted my application in the form of a paid marketing test task. It took about 4 hours to complete. They reviewed my test task with some light feedback and said they have moved forward with other candidates.
I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at 80,000 Hours (London, England) in Dec 2019
Interview
Very thorough interview process with two video conferences at the beginning, then project to complete in 1 hour. When successful, meetings in person with CEO and COO, and dinner with several colleagues. Quite a long process, but they try to keep it interesting.
