A Precious Child, Inc. interview questions

I was really excited for this job interview and expressed how awesome I think the organization is. Like another person said, they will ghost you after your interview. I was given the generic we will let you know, but they never did. I followed up and they won't acknowledge it. This is really disappointing especially because of what the company represents. For my in person interview, they also expressed that I seemed to lack some experience that they were looking for. I answered an earlier question where I specified that I had that experience and how I gained it, so felt like they weren't listening?

The interview process was not laborious, it began with a phone interview and then a scheduled in-person interview. What I found extremely disappointing was that during the in-person interview at the end, specific start date questions, salary, and questions that implied a good impression were asked. However, there was no further communication after the interview. Not receiving an offer is one thing, but to ignore two email follow-ups just attempting to close the loop is very distasteful in my mind. Especially with organizations where you feel you connect with the folks you speak to and are more mission-oriented. Kindness is free!
