A Step Forward interview questions

My name was called I inter the room, as I inter the room I shake the hiring manager hand and had a seat. I was explain to that I had to be firm when speaking with the clients, I had to make sure that they was following the program rules, I had to make sure that they attend all of there appointments. then I was told that I could start that day. I then stood up and shake the hiring manager hand and said thank you so much for this job.
