I apply on the company website and was reached out by an HR weeks later. I was schedule to interview with production manager. We toured around the production/manufacturing facility discussing what I would be working on. When he took a look at my resume he later told me there are a few positions being open and one being Assembly. The Manager told me that Assembly position would fit me base on my skills and I was OFFERED this position. I was told to start the next following week as there would be someone to help me trained which happens to be the person leaving the position the following week. Once the tour ends he brought me back to the HR department and I was told that one of the HR was not in office so I had to email them. I email the HR who reach out to me and told her I was excited to get started. Unfortunately, she could not be reached as she was out for a certain period of time and was directed to email another HR which I assumed to be the Head HR. The Head HR reached out to me and apologized and told me this was a huge misunderstanding in which this position is not available at this moment until next week. One week later the position opened up and I figure to applied again, and never heard back from them again. I was very excited to get a career started here when I was OFFERED a position by Production Manager and later be known that I was not getting an offered from the HR department. Question to "Did you Get an Offer?" Yes I got an offer and accepted from Production Manager, HR didn't Approve
