I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at A10 Networks (San Jose, CA) in Mar 2012
Interview
There are 5 people and 1 written test. Basic Networking knowledge and QA knowledge. They asks most of the questions based on the Resume, and few are QA questions.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at A10 Networks in Aug 2018
Interview
Interaction with the recruiter went fine and was very responsive but interviewer could not communicate clearly. Position or the role was described and about the teams within A10 networks. I did not qualify for the next round but might be have been due to some of the things they were expecting in detail.
I had answered the question at very high level, maybe they needed more details..... I don't personally believe in textbook definitions but just learn by rote & you will get into the next round !
The process took 2 days. I interviewed at A10 Networks in Feb 2012

I had a phone screen which consisted of projects from my resume and some general networking concepts.I I interviewed with 6 people during the onsite and I had a written test. The questions were based on networking and some QA terms and scripting.
