AAA Hotel Developers interview questions

The hotel I was interviewing for had opened over six months earlier, but I was interviewing for the General Manager position. I asked how long this position was held vacant. Six months after opening, they are looking for their first General Manager. This tells me how CHEAP this company is. The standard in the industry is to hire your General Manager before you open the front doors.
