AAYA interview questions

The interview was supposed to be in 2 stages. I have met with the Finance Director and the current Financial Controller at the recruitment agencies offices. I was invited to the second stage interview with the chairman of the company and the CEO after 2 days. When I turned up for the interview, the chairman was not at the office. Although the CEO was at the offices, it turned out he had an urgent conference call to attend so he just left. He did not even came to say high or apologised in any way. The interview was conducted by the finance director and the financial controller instead and was basically a description of the business and partly a repetition of the first interview. As the second stage did not take place as intended, I was invited to the third stage in one of the companies restaurants, again to meet the CEO and the chairman. The meeting was scheduled at 5:30pm. When i turned up, the staff at the reception did not know anything about the interview. They informed me that the CEO is not there (and not expected to be there) and the chairman left around 15 minutes ago. I waited for some time (around 20 minutues) for them to show up but they did not, so I left the interview.
