There is a two round interview process. The first round is a 15 minute phone screening where they ask general interview questions like your availability, experience working as a BT, what behaviors/programs you have experience with, and whether you can commit for the next 6 months at least. Second round is a 30 minute video call. I declined the second interview so I'm not sure what type of questions they would ask.
