Meet with a recruiter first who handed my application to the correct dept. One selected i was brought in for 2 more interviews. One with my dept. supervisor and then one with my immediate boss.
Introduction then explain reason of leaving, technical questions including what is the temperature and humidity, is there any reason why the thermometer here etc etc
