Interview
It was normal interview. One from HR and one from the department. It went fine but they never contacted me again. Even to tell me no. Overall they were nice and kind.
Low wages. No development opportunities. No office space and other facilities. Not competitive comparing to the market. Good communication though. Friendly working environment. Good reputation, big projects and big clients. Also, good location in Tirana and in the regional offices. I would have started if the salary would be more competitive. During the interview, the questions were really basic.
