ACE Homecare interview questions

My sister in law worked for the company and suggested I put in an application. I did talk with HR and the DON, and did get the job on a per diem status. Unfortunately, when a nurse was out sick, or had to call off - then a per diem nurse would be called for their slot. I was looking for a full time job, and this was not always practical, as travel distances and supplies weren't always known prior to a visit.
