ACTS Housing interview questions

Multi-phase interview, with different appointments with different staff members. Hard to schedule if you are employed elsewhere. Long process, with little feedback at each step. It seemed like too many people were involved in the hiring process. Some staff were engaged and others were less engaged in the process. Hard to tell who is really in charge. Some questions were overly technical and the type of questions you learn once you are employed.

The interview process consisted of multiple phone interviews. First from the third party recruiter and the the director of the company. Followed up with in person interviews with two of the top leadership.
