30 min first interview followed by half day on site. Usually, lunch is provided. 1:1 with lead scientist, and 60 min seminar. Some ppl stopped there for 30 min. Wrapped up with host followed by lab tour. Lab is clean and tidy. No smell. PPL are friendly.
