It was multiple rounds, long approval process, not much time left at end of interview for questions, some no-shows from some interviewers. Improvements needed on sending offers out but it is such a large company with many layers of approvals but it needs to improve if they want to land top candidates before competitors.

How do you deal with project budget escaltion, etc.
Organized hiring process, first a video call lasting 30 minutes asking about my work history, previous companies I've worked for, examples of previous projects I've worked for. Good communication / coordination of schedule. Friendly interviewer, it seems like a professional hiring process. She responded to my questions about the position and the company.

Online interview, pretty straight forward no big questions. Got hired straight after college. Great place to work at for beginners. Huge company so processes can take a bit longer however stress is minimal due to the massive size of the company. Again great for beginners.
