      I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AFL (Duncan, SC) in Nov 2014

      Interview

      Initial phone screen by HR representative. Next the hiring manager interviewed me over the phone. He asked basic questions about my work experience, my motives for leaving my current position, and was getting a feel for my interest in the job. Next I was asked to travel to their HQ in Duncan, SC where the hiring manager and two other individuals conducted a panel style interview.

      Question 1

      I was asked to review my work history on my resume and they asked in detail about certain areas. They gauged my interest in the day to day activities of the position. They asked general HR questions, describe a time when I failed, describe a time I was able to effectively work as a team member, describe a time of conflict during a workplace, etc then follow up questions to get a feel for how I work and behave.
