The process is that they are very excited to hear from you. The hiring manager talks to you and seem normal. You go in for an interview and things go well. Then, you never hear from these people again until there is another role. Then a different recruiter is really excited to hear from you, talk to the hiring manager, then ghosted again. I really question the hiring process and the trust of this company.

I got a first interview after one month since I have applied and got second interview quickly. Atmosphere at the interview was so nice and interviewee were also very kind and nice.
